TRAINING OF OPERATORS USING VIRTUAL REALITY SIMULATORS

Adif, the Railway Infrastructure Agency, has a Technology Training Centre where its Infrastructure Maintenance agents are trained.

The centre aims at providing high level and innovative training to its employees in certain procedures of assembly and maintenance for electrification systems.

 

 

 

 

Virtualware works with ADIF by providing Virtual Reality simulators that train its employees by means of HTC VIVE devices.

These simulators represent accurately the environments in which the operators carry out their tasks and force them to solve and performt the work properly.

 

 

 

 

In addition, personalized performance reports are generated for those who train in the simulator.
