CHALLENGE

IBM Cloud wanted to up the ante for their conference events by showcasing their IBM Cloud Bluemix servers and solutions via a gamification experience.

 

 

 

 

SOLUTION

Sector 5 Digital created a series of VR games that allowed users to be immersed in scenarios that highlighted the benefits of using IBM Cloud products and platforms. Sector 5 Digital created multiple variants the provided a fun, entertaining way to learn about the solutions offered by IBM Cloud that ranged from powering up IBM Bluemix servers to collecting as many IBM services pins to grow their business in VR.

 

 

 

 

RESULTS

Leveraging the HTC VIVE and a custom-built CPU, Sector 5 Digital and IBM Cloud deployed multiple VR units across the globe in over 5 countries and countless events that allowed users to get a true sense of scale of the IBM Cloud platform & services.
